William Naim

Mr. Naim is an experienced entrepreneur, successfully starting, operating and selling companies. From 1984 – 1990, he created and operated the U.S. Baking Company until its sale in 1990. This was followed up in 1990, when he created San Francisco Foods, a highly successful wholesale baking company that was eventually sold to Steel Chemicals in 1997.

In 1999, he established Extreme Creations, Inc., an on-going China-based candy / food manufacturer that grew to become one of China’s leading manufacturing operations in the category. Mr. Naim has been heavily involved in consulting to companies outside the baking industry with a primary focus on manufacturing and sales / marketing initiatives. He is COO of Healthy Indoors, a Lebanon-based company that competes in the home health care industry.

Mr. Naim has led the investment in Globatrac, LLC and focuses his skills on the manufacturing and marketing functions of the Company. He was born in Venezuela, raised in Lebanon, and educated at the California State University.

Harry Steck
President/CEO & Executive Managing Member

Mr. Steck has held the positions of President/CEO of Master Halco, a steel manufacturing subsidiary of Tokyo- based Itochu, President / CEO of Rank Retail Services America, distribution subsidiary of the UK -based Rank Organization and Vice President of U.S. Sales, Marketing and Distribution for Sara Lee Corporation.

He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds an MBA in addition to completing post graduate programs at Harvard and IMEDE (University of Lausanne, Switzerland)

John Feghali
Product Design

Mr. Feghali is a serial entrepreneur with experience in taking startups from concept stage to market. He founded Walking Thumbs, Cube 6 and Co-founded Bossa Nova Robotics and Bueda.

John is a graduate of the University of Beirut in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and is fluent in English, Arabic, Spanish and French.

Robert Stewart
Business Development

Mr. Stewart is an executive level entrepreneur with expertise and documented success in growing telecommunications related ideas into $100 million businesses. He is presently President / Co-Founder of TotalSolutions Telecom and President / Co-Founder of Yardarm Technologies.

His key accomplishments include introducing the use of SIP telephony for the backhaul and call processing of prepaid phone traffic; pioneering the use of XML and VXML for call center IVR scripting; introducing the use of digital technology to the movie making industry through the use of fiber optics and revolutionizing the transmission of NTSC, MPEG and HDTV video with associated commercial offerings.

Mr. Stewart holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Economics and BA in Political Science from Pacific Lutheran University.
